If you really need a website, here's the essential checklist for starting it from scratch:
1.Domain, i.e. sitename.com or .net, .biz, .eu etc. After you bought the domain, you may use it for creating a corresponding website.
2.Hosting (or webhosting). You can obtain this based on a contract with a company that owns a web server. Or, I can provide this - either see the quality hosting banners, or we can negotiate that.
3.The actual webdesign. More details about webdesign here.
4.The promotion (or publicity) for the website you just built. I wrote more things about that here.
Mainly, these are the elements you need for having a functional and popular website. We can cooperate on ALL these phases.
